इसका इस्तेमाल आप आसानी से कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए सबसे पहले अपने UPI ऐप को खोलें. इसके बाद “Tap & Pay” विकल्प पर टैप करें. अब जितनी राशि भेजनी है, वो दर्ज करें. इसके बाद अपना फोन रिसीवर के फोन से टच करें. बस हो गया! बिना UPI पिन के पेमेंट पूरा.
यह पूरी प्रक्रिया NFC के ज़रिए होती है जिसमें दोनों फोनों के बीच डेटा शेयर किया जाता है. आपका Lite अकाउंट डेबिट होता है और रिसीवर का अकाउंट तुरंत क्रेडिट हो जाता है आसान, तेज़ और पूरी तरह ऑफलाइन.
अगर आपके पास NFC फीचर वाला स्मार्टफोन नहीं है या आप फीचर फोन इस्तेमाल करते हैं, तब भी आप ऑफलाइन पेमेंट कर सकते हैं USSD सेवा के ज़रिए, यानी *99#. अपने बैंक से लिंक मोबाइल नंबर से *99# डायल करें. स्क्रीन पर एक मेन्यू आएगा जिसमें आप बैलेंस चेक कर सकते हैं, पैसे भेज या मंगा सकते हैं, और ट्रांजैक्शन हिस्ट्री भी देख सकते हैं.
जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि *99# के ज़रिए आप एक बार में अधिकतम 5,000 रुपये तक भेज सकते हैं. इसके अलावा हर ट्रांजैक्शन पर 0.50 रुपये का चार्ज लगेगा. अब इंटरनेट कनेक्शन न होने पर भी आपका पेमेंट रुकेगा नहीं.
यह सेवा 83 बैंकों और 4 टेलिकॉम कंपनियों द्वारा दी जाती है और यह 13 भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है जिनमें हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ी भी शामिल हैं. यह फीचर फोन पर भी काम करता है और किसी ऐप या इंटरनेट की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती.
