यूनिटेक के सीईओ अशोक यादव ने कहा कि घर खरीदने वालों के साथ गहन विचार-विमर्श के बाद काम फिर से शुरू करने का फैसला लिया गया। 25 मार्च को हरियाणा राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड से लाइसेंस के नवीनीकरण और पर्यावरण मंजूरी और स्थापना की सहमति (सीटीई) प्राप्त होने के बाद पुनरुद्धार हुआ है। यादव ने कहा, “इन परियोजनाओं को पूरा करने की अनुमानित लागत लगभग 630 करोड़ रुपये है। हमें मौजूदा घर खरीदने वालों से चरणबद्ध, मील के पत्थर आधारित भुगतान के माध्यम से 276.42 करोड़ रुपये मिलने की उम्मीद है।” शेष 353.58 करोड़ रुपये बिना बिके हुए सामान की बिक्री से जुटाए जाएंगे।
यूनिटेक ने स्पष्ट डिलीवरी समयसीमा के लिए प्रतिबद्धता जताई है: प्लॉट विकास के लिए 18 महीने, विला के लिए 24 महीने तथा ग्रुप हाउसिंग और वाणिज्यिक भवनों के लिए 36 महीने।
